Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, email address, and role/profession. Passwords are hashed using bcrypt with 12 rounds and never stored in plaintext.
Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the platform, including pages visited, features used, and session duration. This is used to improve the product.
Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Paymob. We do not store credit card numbers. We store transaction IDs and subscription status.
We use your information to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) process your subscription payments; (c) send important service notifications; (d) improve the platform based on usage patterns; (e) provide customer support.
Your data is stored on secure servers. We implement: bcrypt password hashing, HTTP-only secure session cookies, rate limiting, CSRF protection, and optional two-factor authentication (TOTP or email OTP). Session tokens are cryptographically random (32 bytes via secrets.token_urlsafe).
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties except: (a) payment processor (Paymob) for billing; (b) when required by law; (c) to protect our rights or safety.
We use a single essential cookie (atum_session) for authentication. It is HTTP-only, secure, SameSite=Strict. No third-party tracking cookies are used. No advertising cookies.
Account data is retained while your account is active. After account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days. Trading history and anonymized usage data may be retained for system improvement.
You have the right to: (a) access your personal data; (b) correct inaccurate data; (c) request deletion of your account; (d) export your data; (e) opt out of non-essential communications. Contact us to exercise these rights.
The Service is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this policy periodically. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
