By accessing or using the ATUM Intelligence platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ATUM Intelligence provides quantitative analysis tools, trading signals, market data visualization, and research content across multiple financial markets including but not limited to EGX (Egyptian Exchange), foreign exchange (FX), cryptocurrency, global indices, commodities, and fixed income instruments.
The Service provides analytical tools and data-driven signals. Nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, financial advice, trading advice, or any other form of advice. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. ATUM Intelligence does not manage money, execute trades on your behalf, or provide personalized financial recommendations.
Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance of any signal, model, or strategy displayed on the platform is not indicative of future results. The signals generated by the system are based on historical patterns and quantitative models which may not predict future market behavior accurately.
Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We implement industry-standard security measures including bcrypt password hashing, session management, and optional two-factor authentication.
While we strive for accuracy, market data may be delayed, incomplete, or contain errors. We source data from third-party providers including EODHD, yFinance, FRED, World Bank, and GDELT. We are not responsible for errors in third-party data.
All content, algorithms, models, code, and data on the platform are the intellectual property of ATUM Intelligence. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
You may not: (a) redistribute signals or data to third parties; (b) use the Service for illegal activities; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer the algorithms; (d) resell access to the platform; (e) use automated scraping tools to extract data.
ATUM Intelligence shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to trading losses, data inaccuracies, or system downtime.
We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The system may be temporarily unavailable during daily pipeline runs (typically 09:30-10:00 Cairo time), maintenance windows, or unforeseen technical issues.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
